Q:  Can I cancel a tour after I booked it?

A:  Yes.  Please notify NOTES at least 24 hours before the tour starts.   No refunds after the 24 hours deadline will be given.  If you miss the tour for an unexpected reason within the 24 hours deadline, NOTES will give you one opportunity to make up the tour.

 

Q:  Do the tours ever get cancelled?

A:  Yes.  Tours may be canceled or postpone due to extreme weather.  NOTES will notify you with as much advanced warning as possible.  Also, please contact NOTES or check our website for updates.  If a tour is canceled by NOTES, patrons will receive a full refund.

 

Q:  Where do the tours start?

A:  Check the Our Tours page for the tour you are attending to find the specific start location.

 

Q:  Where do the tours end?

A:  Each tour will end at a different location.

 

Q:  Can children take the tours?

A:  Each NOTES tour is different.  To find out if the tour is age appropriate, please check the Our Tours page for recommended age limits for your specific tour.

 

Q:  How long are the tours and what should I wear?

A:  Each NOTES tour is different.  To find out if the length of a tour, please check the Our Tours page for the expected walking distance and time duration.  NOTES recommends dressing appropriately for the weather conditions and comfortable walking shoes.

 

Q:  How can I pay for my tour?

A:  All tours must be prepaid by a credit card.  NOTES accepts MasterCard or VISA. A confirmation will be sent to you by email.  You may reserve and pay online with our secure servers.
